[Black Web 2.0] I agree that the application process might be a deterrent, but at some point everyone needs to recognize that those kinds of tasks are required to get in the game. If its something that people think they can benefit from, then we should hold our elected officials responsible for submitting apps on our behalf if we can't do it ourselves.
