Web Two > Technorati updates: more like Digg, and actually works
[duncanriley.com] Speed wise: wow…and I mean wow + they’ve finally integrated Technorati rankings back into lower ranking blogs, so I finally know where my sites actually rank now in the blogosphere. However, time will tell if this is actually updated regularly…I can only hope so.

[Wowfeed.com] WOW Feed :: Tracking New Media and Technology: Actually, I’ve been waiting on Google Checkout for sometime now, as the PayPal buttons seem to expire pretty frequently. You end up having to log back into PayPal, grab the code and re-insert it into each post.
[Jeremy.zawodny.com] Jeremy Zawodny's blog: Web2 Archives: I'll be up at Web 2.0 in San Francisco Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week. There's some really interesting stuff on the agenda and the lineup of speakers is mind blowing (good work, John).
[Gigaom.com] GigaOM : » The Dark Side of Technorati Tags: I was at the Blog Business Summit and Dave Taylor brought up the good point that tags, as currently implemented, aren’t necessarily constrained enough to offer the best possible value. [Marshallk.blogspot.com] Marshall's Web Tool Blog: Word of Blog.net is a simple, but potentially powerful service that provides a place for non-profit groups and others to display a linking promotional graphic, or badge, and the code snippet that supporters can copy and paste into their sites to display that badge. Promotional badges are something I've been planning on working on, so I'm glad to find a public repository for them.
[FuzzyBlog] Miscellaneous Daily Linkage: I can never keep ecto’s odd url in my head). Worse it seems to crash solely when you follow links OUT of the aggregator so its virtually impossible to read anything which is a summary feed. Sigh. (Update: Since I typed this there’s now a new release; no idea if its better or not).
[blogdriverswaltz.com] CIL3.2 The Future of Catalogs: Roy Tennant and... : This will be the first I’ve heard Andrew (and Roy for that matter) speak since NCSU launched their Endeca enhanced catalog. Like junkies desperately waiting for their next fix, the room is absolutely packed, no doubt, because there is so much interest in this project.
